When will I receive my order?
All in-stock items are shipped via FedEx Ground within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, and can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via USPS Priority mail will deliver within 2-3 business days.
What will it cost me in the way of delivery charges?
Delivery charges for orders to the 48 contiguous States will be calculated automatically when you proceed to the checkout on our site. Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping charges. We do ship to APO and all militiary addresses via USPS Priority Mail, and to Canada via USPS Priority International (any taxes or duty fees assessed through Canadian Customs are the customer's responsibility).

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax to all orders shipped to Maryland.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been submitted?
If we have not shipped your order, you can request a change or cancellation. However, most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and are unable to be adjusted once an order leaves our warehouse. To request a change or cancellation, please email us in writing any changes/cancellations. Be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order confirmation number. Please provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. Once the requested changes have been made, you will receive an email confirmation. If the request could not be honored because the order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you via email.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
We try to keep our site as current as possible, so you can shop with confidence that items you're interested in on our site are available. Sometimes, we experience heavier than expected demand and an item becomes unavailable before we are able to temporarily remove it from the site. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email. If you are concerned about availability on a specific item, you can email us. When sending an email inquiry, be sure to include the item number and/or description, and the quantity you'd like to purchase.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We are positive you are going to be extremely pleased with your item. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied, we will be happy to process a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase (delivered date). Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be for the purchase price only and Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Returns valued greater than $300 will be assessed a $25 restock fee. Items must be received in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and contained within the original packaging. If the original clear zippered packaging, or paper inserts are not returned, the return will be refused and shipped back to you and a credit will not be issued.
All returns must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com to obtain an RMA number. Returns must include your order number, name and address for processing a refund, and shipped via an insured carrier method.
